The power of forgiving.
Forgiving is very important in the process of healing the negative aspects of your life.It clears the way for the larger current of energy to flow through you.It takes effort to hold onto old guilt grief and pain, just as grudges and gripes contribute to stress.Forgiving is what takes us back to before the giving of the hurt.Forgiveness is releasing rathar than accepting.It frees up energy that has been holding stressfull patterns in place.Thats why it is very important to forgive to everyone and everything which had cause you grief and pain in the past.If you can do that your life will be healthier and happier and stress free, it is the basic of psychology in human race.So from today I have forgiven everyone and every incidence that had caused me pain and grief in the past. May my life be healthier ,happier and prosperous.

Forgiveness is a most commendable attribute. It is however not easy to forgive when you have been subjected to so much badness over a prolonged period. I cannot stop myself from feeling bitter and angry.
