My morning pages.

I woke up feeling happy today, because its weekend and we will go out shopping to Doncaster.First we will eat breakfast in a restaurant and go to shops. In the afternoon I will go to book shops and browse around while my wife will go to clothes shops to do some shopping.Then we will eat lunch in Chinese restaurant and come home.If the weather is sunny we might go to garden center to look around and buy some plants. Or come back home and had a barbecue in the garden.I am looking forward to it.

I woke up this morning and listen to BBC news and heard that the goverment had decided to scrap the primary care trusts PCTs and give the power back to the GPs who knows what they are doing.I felt so haapy to hear that news it is like music to my ears.I am a retired GP and during my working days PCT have make my life hell.Because I am that kind of doctor who would fight for my patients to have good treatment.I refused to prescribe cheap drugs to my patient and would not towe the PCT line.I was marked by PCT and they try to accused me that I did not hit the PCT targets and try to lable me as a poor preformance doctor.I got so stressed up and my blood pressure went up sky high and had a cerebreal haemorrhage.I was in hospital for three months and when I came out of hospital I retired.I was overwhelmed with joy when I heard that PCTs are going to be abolished.Well done Prime Minister and the Tory- Lib dem coaliation goverment.Thank you.

Effective/ Cost Prescribing.

In next few months the NHS reforms will start by the goverment.The coliation goverment will produced a white paper for NHS reforms.Which will get rid of PCT bureacrats and put the power back in the hands of doctors.Then only doctors will be abale to prescribe effectively for their patients.PCTs sponceors cost/effective prescribing but doctors will do effective/cost prescribing.Which means effectiveness come first rather than cost, wherelse in PCT prescribing it is cost first and effectiveness second.They want us to prescribe the cheapest drugs of inferior quality to our patients then less effective.LOW COST MEANS LOW EFFECTIVENESS.

HURRAY FOR THE GOVERMENT. LONG LIVE THE COALIATION OF CONSERVATIVE AND LIB-DEM.

We dont need more immigrants.

Many years ago British goverment had imported millions of Parkistanis to work in the mills in Yorkshire and Lancashire. And after the war came the influx of Indian Aand Parkistani doctors.At least these people come with work permit to work in England and now they had setteled down and have grand children, the third generation of immigrants.Most of them are not on dole and they work hard for their living.
But recently there is an influx of whites from eastern Europe who invaded England not to work but to gey dloe money and council houses.British Goverment should keep a tight control on these people.They are losers in their own countries and just come to Britain to have dole money and benifits.We dont need these people for they never contribute to the culture or economy of this country.I wellcome the goverment policy of restricting immigration. STOP PEOPLE FROM EASTERN EUROPE COMING INTO BRITAIN.
