Alchemical healing.
The first step towards healing is to understand that we are connected with the inexaustible source of energy that formed this universe.When you understand that, inevitably life and spirit pour abundantly through you.Health and wellbeing spontaneously arises and a new life begins as our point of view undergoes this radical change.
The second step, lies in somewhat different direction.It involves regulated rhythmic breathing.The way to practice this is as follows.
Sit comfortably or lie flat on your back, in a perfectly relaxed state.Let the breath flow while mentally counting,one,two,three,four... Then exhale counting the same beat. Learn to adress each tensed muscle from toe to head as you sit or lie comfortably.Think of your blood flowing copiously to each organ in response to your command, carrying life and nourishment everywhere producing a state od glowing and radiant health.
By doing this you will find that you are in tune with the energy of universe.Hea;th and wellbeing will automatically follow.....

In order to practice healing you need to develope the awareness and sensitivety to energy.Movement is energy. Emotion is energy.To someone who cannot see it or feel it,it may not appear to exist.Yet even the most insensitive person can see energy rising from the pavement on a blistering day.And we all know when we are lacking in energy ,without it we cannot function.Energy is active it heats our houses,it runs our cars.The universe contains infinite potential energy,inorder to manifest healing we need to tapped into this sourse of energy and direct it as a force for healing.

The power of forgiving.
Forgiving is very important in the process of healing the negative aspects of your life.It clears the way for the larger current of energy to flow through you.It takes effort to hold onto old guilt grief and pain, just as grudges and gripes contribute to stress.Forgiving is what takes us back to before the giving of the hurt.Forgiveness is releasing rathar than accepting.It frees up energy that has been holding stressfull patterns in place.Thats why it is very important to forgive to everyone and everything which had cause you grief and pain in the past.If you can do that your life will be healthier and happier and stress free, it is the basic of psychology in human race.So from today I have forgiven everyone and every incidence that had caused me pain and grief in the past. May my life be healthier ,happier and prosperous.

Of mice and man.
I have never thought that I am clever. My IQ is just average and I have never been outstanding in my class when I was at school.But I know I have common sense and think before I do anything.
I plan to tackle the problem before I start.There is a little incident at my house today with the electritian who came to fix the bathroom light.We had a new bath room and a shower put in the upstairs of my house, it is nearly finished only the celing light needs changing.The old light we used is an ordinary light bulb light and the new light they going to put in is a three point light which used two pin light bulbs.The electrician who came to fix the light got up to the bathroom and fixed the new light on the ceiling but he had not brought the light bulb to go with it.Just like a doctor who go and see the patient without his stethoscope and blood pressure cuff, so he cant do anything its a waste of trip and he had to come back tomorrow.Is he thick or what?If I go to see patients without my instrument bag it could get struck off.But thats why they are labourers and and I am a doctor. It is the intelligence that draws the line between man and mice.

POLITICS.
A boy asked his dad, What is politics dad?
Dad-" It is like our family.I am the father so I am the prime minister.
Your mother looks after the finances so she is the goverment. Your nanny works for us so she is working class. You are the children so you are the people, And the baby is the future"
So the boy went to bed that night thinking about it.He heard the baby crying, so he went to have a look and found the baby had soiled his nappy.So he went to nanny rome it was locked ,he peeped through the keyhole and found that his dad is in bed with the nanny.
He went to his mother's room it was locked and through the keyhole he found his mum fast asleep.So he can't have any help and went back to bed.
In the morning he said to his dad.
"Dad I know what politics is."
Dad-"Well tell me in your own words what you know about politics."

Who are the racist
In Oxford English dictionary a racist is defined as somebody who has hostalities or discriminations against people of other races other than one own.In that case Burmese are the worse racost in the whole world.Just look at my inlaws they don't want to mix with any english people and their 18 year old daughter cannot bring any english friends back home from school.They said if she mixed with english girls she will become a slut like them.How racist are they.They should know that Burma had more sluts than England at least English girls do not sleep around for money but Burmese do.
My brother in law said when his daughter go to university he will follow to the place where she go to keep an eye on her so that she will not go out with English boys.His aim is to get his daughter to university and when she graduated he will move out to Singapore and she can have a job there and she will have to support the family when they are old.The doughter will be their slave because he had never worked in his life and there is no pension coming for him.
The last thing he need is his daughter run off with an English feller and become like him thats why he hate the english so much.
